Abstract | The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has positioned AI-driven bots at the forefront of innovation in the Fin Tech industry. No longer supplementary tools, these intelligent systems are now central to how financial institutions operate, interact, and grow. This paper examines the trans formative role of AI bots across six critical domains: customer service, fraud detection, algorithmic trading, loan underwriting, regulatory compliance, and personalized financial insights. AI chat bots and voice bots deliver **24/7 conversational banking**, enhancing customer engagement and reducing operational costs. In fraud detection, machine learning algorithms enable real-time anomaly identification, significantly lowering risks and strengthening trust. In wealth management, robo-advisors democratize investment opportunities by offering data-driven, personalized portfolios. Similarly, AI-driven underwriting expands financial inclusion by leveraging alternative data for credit assessment. Within compliance, AI bots streamline KYC/AML monitoring and reporting, cutting costs while ensuring regulatory adherence. Finally, digital financial coaches empower customers with personalized insights, fostering better financial decisions. The study underscores that AI bots are **reshaping the Fin-tech ecosystem**, driving efficiency, inclusive, and innovation, and will continue to define the industry’s competitive edge in the coming decade. |
