Abstract This monograph, Bridging Law and Forensic Practice: Practical Frameworks for Identifying Illicit Assets within Anti-Graft Mechanisms, explores the intersection of legal frameworks and forensic methodologies in the fight against corruption. It emphasizes the need for practical tools that enable investigators, auditors, and legal practitioners to detect, trace, and prove unlawful enrichment. While laws against graft and corruption exist, enforcement often falters due to weak evidence-gathering, procedural lapses, and limited technical capacity. By integrating forensic science with legal mechanisms, this work aims to provide a systematic approach to asset identification and validation, strengthening both preventive and prosecutorial strategies. Ultimately, the monograph seeks to contribute to more transparent governance and a stronger rule of law by bridging theoretical legal provisions with practical, evidence-based forensic applications.
