Abstract The move from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0 is essentially a change of the human factor being the center of focus instead of purely automated efficiency, highlighting a sustainable, resilient innovation model. This research seeks to understand how the principles of Industry 5.0 can be utilized to reconstruct the digital ecosystems that are the future of education and e-governance in Bhopal district, Madhya Pradesh. By the research, the objective is to bring in more personalization, transparency, and inclusiveness into the public systems through a combination of cutting-edge technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and digital twins along with human intelligence.
The research theme was addressed with a mix-method approach. The data for study were obtained through interviews with educators, administrators, and citizens, concerning digital readiness, awareness, and adaptability. The results show a positive relationship between the belief in Industry 5.0 and the increased service performance, pointing out the potential of the use of ethical AI and data governance in facilitating the interaction among different institutions.
The study further holds that integrating human values in the digital transformation process can lead to adaptive learning, accountable governance, and citizen trust, thus, Bhopal becoming a possible model for India’s Industry 5.0-driven digital future.
