An Empirical Study on an Analysis of Consumer Buying Behavior towards Digital Banking Services in Private Sector Banks

Abstract This study analyzes how consumers use and adopt digital banking services in private sector banks. It highlights key factors like digital awareness, security, trust, service quality, and promotional offers. Based on data from 100 respondents in Bagalkot District, the findings show that awareness, trust, and service quality strongly influence customer satisfaction and adoption. The study suggests that improving security, user experience, and promotions can boost customer loyalty and strengthen digital banking effectiveness.
