| Abstract | Indian ancient scripture provides valuable insights and guidelines through its teachings and principles that can be used for the management of modern complex business system and its teachings can be highly motivating to employees. The teachings of Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana and Mahabharat can be used to mitigate the mental pressure of this material world. It brings peace of mind and improves the emotional and spiritual well beings of the employees. It helps to improve productivity and efficiency of the employees without any external or additional benefits. |
