Abstract Behavioural finance attempts to provide an understanding of how flaws in reasoning affect investment choices and market prices. It focuses on the consequences of investor errors in judgment for both individual decisions and market pricing. This analysis will review a conceptual structure for understanding such irrational investment behavior.
