Work-life Balance and Its Impact on Employee Productivity: a Study of Modern Organizations

Abstract Work-life balance has become a major concern in modern organizations where employees try to manage both professional responsibilities and personal life. Organizations are now focusing on policies that support employee well-being, flexible work schedules, and healthy work environments. Maintaining a proper balance between work and personal life helps employees reduce stress and perform better in their jobs. This study examines how work-life balance influences employee productivity. The research is based on secondary data collected from books, journals, and previously published studies.
