| Abstract | Child abuse is the serious problem in India. It is in the form of sexual, physical, emotional. This research paper deals with the problems of the children’s faces due to child abuse and the protection of the child under the juvenile justice act. Child abuse is the worldwide problem with no social and racial bound. There are four types of child abuse: sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, physiological abuse. Physical abuse is characterized in any forms of harms and injuries to the child, and sexual abuse exposing children to sexual situation, emotional abuse is through humiliation and insulting the children. When the parents or any other person neglecting the child this is also comes under the abuse. |
