A Study on Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of Campus Recruitment Drives in Talent Acquisition at Bajaj Life

Abstract This study analyzes the effectiveness of campus recruitment in talent acquisition at Bajaj Life Insurance using survey data and statistical tools. It finds that while recruitment processes are effective, candidate quality and institutional support are moderate, with a limited impact on hiring outcomes. Improvements in planning and collaboration are recommended to enhance results.
