| Abstract | This study explores the transformation of Human Resource practices through Artificial Intelligence in selected manufacturing units of Madhya Pradesh. It highlights how AI is being used to modernize HR activities such as talent acquisition, employee training, attendance management, and performance tracking. The research is based on primary data collected from employees and HR professionals, supported by secondary sources. The findings indicate that AI improves accuracy, reduces manual workload, and enhances decision-making. However, issues like limited technical knowledge and implementation cost remain challenges. The study concludes that AI adoption is essential for improving efficiency and competitiveness in manufacturing organizations. |
