Abstract The increasing reliance on digital imaging systems has intensified concerns regarding the authenticity and reliability of visual data, particularly in medical applications. Radiological images are critical for clinical diagnosis, and even minor manipulations may lead to serious consequences for patient care. This research focuses on the detection of large-scale tampered regions in medical images and emphasizes the importance of robust validation and testing frameworks for forgery detection models.
