| Abstract | Customer service operations in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, and e-commerce handle a large number of customer calls on a daily basis. Traditional call centers depend mainly on human agents, which results in high operational costs, limited service availability, long waiting times, and inconsistent service quality, especially during peak hours. These limitations create a strong need for automated and scalable customer interaction systems. |
