| Abstract | In the fast-paced educational environment of today, technology has emerged as an inevitable instrument that influences teachers to deliver lessons and students to acquire knowledge. This study examined the level of technology integration among the teachers and the difficulties they face in executing new approaches within the classroom. Utilizing a descriptive research design, the research included 100 teachers from public schools who responded to a structured survey questionnaire targeting five key areas: lesson planning and evaluation, student engagement tools, teaching methods, learning platforms, and the employment of ICT tools. Statistical tests, including mean and standard deviation, were used to identify the degree of technology integration and how it correlates with teaching effectiveness. The results showed that teachers exhibit a high degree of competency and a favorable attitude towards technology integration. They greatly concurred that technology makes them more efficient in class, increases students' participation, and increases learning outcomes. Nevertheless, factors like inadequate ICT facilities, unsteady internet connections, and insufficient training persist as major hindrances. An action plan was created to enhance teachers' digital competencies, enhance school infrastructure, and ensure continuous professional learning. The study concludes that technology empowerment of teachers has more interactive, innovative, and efficient learning experiences for all students. |
