The research is based on both primary and secondary data, with primary data collected through structured questionnaires from digital banking users. The study analyzes key factors such as convenience, security, accessibility, and service quality in influencing customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that digital banking has a positive impact on customer satisfaction by offering faster transactions and ease of use.
