| Abstract | FinTech is rapidly changing the financial world through digital tech. This study looks at how strategic management helps FinTech companies innovate, go digital, and stay competitive long-term. It finds that just having cool technology isn’t enough. Companies succeed when they: Align tech with clear business goals Adapt quickly using strong “dynamic capabilities.” Work within regulations and collaborate with others The research (based on existing studies and theories like RBV and competitive advantage) shows that firms that balance strategy + tech + adaptability perform better. |
