| Abstract | This study analyses product line profitability and margin performance for Nassau Candy Distributor using Python-based exploratory data analysis (EDA) and an interactive Streamlit dashboard. The dataset comprises 10,194 transactional records across 15 products in three divisions — Chocolate, Sugar, and Other — spanning January 2024 to December 2025. Key findings reveal that the Chocolate division dominates revenue at 92.88% share, while the Sugar division remains underutilised despite healthy margins. Pareto analysis confirms 5 of 15 products generate 80% of revenue, indicating significant concentration risk. The study delivers actionable recommendations for product portfolio rationalization, supplier cost renegotiation, and strategic pricing decisions. |
