Abstract Artava Kshaya described in Ayurveda can be correlated with low Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels and diminished ovarian reserve. It mainly develops due to Dhatu Kshaya and aggravated Vata Dosha, resulting in impaired Artava formation and reduced reproductive capacity. Women commonly present with delayed or scanty menstruation and infertility-related problems. Ayurveda emphasizes holistic management through therapies that nourish Dhatus and regulate Doshas. Nasya Karma, a Panchakarma procedure, is believed to influence higher neuroendocrine centers through the nasal route. Shatapushpa Taila possesses Artava-janana, Vata-shamaka, and Agneya properties which may help support ovarian activity and hormonal balance. This conceptual review explores the probable Ayurvedic and modern mechanisms of Shatapushpa Taila Nasya in the management of Artava Kshaya associated with low AMH.
