Abstract Hospital is a state of a Place Where People are benefited a health service, diagnosis, surgery, Emergency and Patient Support Service. A hospital is a department that needs a clean environment where the general public can receive services while maintaining peace and order. This report has explained the functioning of the hospital, its infrastructure and various departments. It also discusses hospital management and hospital patient treatment, ensuring patient safety, and how modern technology in a hospital takes the hospital to a better social institution. It also discusses how the hospital earns by providing health services such as patient treatment, various tests, medicine sales and surgery, and at the same time, controlling costs and ensuring quality health services. This study has analyzed the AI, Telemedicine, Smart Health Service systems in the hospital system. In Generally this Research Provides a Basic Understand of Hospital Administration, Infrastructure and Operation Management In Modern Healthcare Industry.
