| Abstract | The ever-expanding nature of cyber space has substantially challenged the traditional principles of jurisdiction based on territorial boundaries and physical presence. The present paper studies the concept of jurisdiction in cyberspace while focusing on the hardships faced by courts and states in regulating online activities that surpass national borders. The paper also highlights the dynamic judicial approach towards resolving judicial conflicts in cyberspace by referring to the relevant cases. |
