| Abstract | Consumer awareness plays an important role in engagement and career success among users of EdTech platforms. As per Philip Kotler, marketing includes adding value and delivering it to consumers. The current research focuses on the effect of consumer awareness on engagement and career success among platform users, using the Intern Stump platform as an example. The primary data was collected from 145 respondents. It shows that institutional tie-ups act as the major source of awareness, which results in greater levels of engagement and career success. Moreover, lack of awareness and scheduling conflicts were determined as the main issues affecting consumers. |
