| Abstract | The modern scenario in recruitment requires job seekers to design their resumes in conformity with the requirements specified by the ATS, as ATS screening technology is increasingly adopted by employers for shortlisting candidates. It is a challenge for many job seekers to design their resumes suitable for the keywords, which affects their screening by ATS technology. Traditional resume builders do not provide options for feedback, intelligence, and recommendations based on the requirements specified for a job. The system uses Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning algorithms to automatically produce job application resume documents compliant with ATS. The system works through two main processes: content optimization and resume template selection, using industry-related keywords supplied by the candidate. For it, it gives immediate feedback on grammatical correctness, keyword use, and structuring scores. Therefore, it helps the candidate to quickly improve his/her resume |
