Abstract The purpose of this study is to present a bibliometric examination of the scholarly literature focusing on leadership qualities derived from the Bhagavad Gita. The study aims to identify major publication trends, influential authors, prominent institutions, productive countries and dominant document types within this research domain. It also seeks to understand the evolving academic interest in integrating the philosophical and ethical leadership principles of the Bhagavad Gita into contemporary management and organizational studies.
