Abstract	The rapid growth of artificial intelligence and deep learning has led to significant improvements in speech synthesis technologies, enabling the generation of highly realistic synthetic voices. While these advancements have many beneficial applications, they have also increased the risk of voice-based fraud, identity theft, misinformation, and unauthorized access to secure systems. Traditional speaker verification methods often struggle to distinguish between genuine and AI-generated speech, creating a need for more robust detection techniques. This research focuses on developing a machine learning-based voice integrity assessment system that can accurately identify deepfake audio and enhance the security and reliability of voice authentication systems across various real-world applications.
