| Abstract | Modern pedagogy in higher education has undergone significant transformation due to technological advancement, globalization, and changing learner needs. Traditional teacher-centered approaches are gradually being replaced by student-centered, interactive, and skill-based learning methods. This paper explores various modern pedagogical approaches such as experiential learning, collaborative learning, flipped classrooms, digital learning, and competency-based education. It also examines the role of emerging technologies like Learning Management Systems (LMS) and artificial intelligence in enhancing teaching and learning processes. The study highlights the importance of modern pedagogy in developing critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning skills among students. The paper concludes that integrating innovative teaching strategies with value-based education can significantly improve the quality of higher education. |
