Abstract	Abstract Environmental health problems remain a major concern among school children, highlighting the need for effective school-based health education. This quasi-experimental study evaluated the effectiveness of the Child-to-Child approach among 60 school children in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The findings demonstrated significant improvements in knowledge and environmental health practices among the experimental group compared with the control group, indicating that the Child-to-Child approach is an effective strategy for promoting environmental health awareness in schools.
