| Abstract | "Wear is a widespread problem across many industries, severely shortening component life. Consequently, wear-resistant coatings are commonly applied to these components. Enhancing the effectiveness of the deposition process and the quality of coatings is essential. This paper investigates the use of optimization algorithms in the hardfacing process to attain optimal outcomes. These algorithms are particularly effective in addressing intricate engineering challenges, achieving precise objectives, reducing errors, and enhancing results in diverse areas. In conclusion, this study delves into the use of these algorithms for material hardfacing and describes the procedures for conducting wear testing. |
