| Abstract | Recently, there has been a resurgence of enthusiasm by the banking sector and large finance in the application of emerging technology. With the introduction of disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), blockchain technology and robotics, the Indian Banking Sector is gearing up for an extensive transformation. In this study, we will evaluate the demographic characteristics and perceived utility of Artificial Intelligence by HDFC Bank account holders in the city of Madurai. The recent use of Artificial Intelligence technology by HDFC Bank customers has been influenced by many factors, including an increasing amount of digital data available for analysis and an increase in AI computing power. |
