An Examination of Astrological Influences on Financial Markets and Sector Dynamics

Abstract	This research paper examines the intriguing confluence of astrology and financial markets, often called financial astrology or astro-economics. The study investigates the alleged relations between the theoretical basis of financial astrology, historical uses and astronomical events and economic events. A central part of this research is an analysis of a specific dataset, in which some special astrological elements (day, planet, emotions/qualities) have been linked to the respective economic fields, and the thematic argument behind these couples. The report also presents a critical review of the scientific validity of financial astrology, which includes the empirical evidence given by its supporters and the arguments presented by its sceptics, such as the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH) and the findings of educational research. Ultimately, this research also explains how to make careful but practical use of astrological intricacies in modern financial analysis. In conclusion, the region should be seen as a supplementary tool, not as an independent forecast science, but to identify psychological or cyclical patterns.
