Abstract Low back pain (LBP) is a serious health issue that affects people of all ages. In India, the prevalence of LBP ranges from 6.2 % to 92 %, with increasing age and female predominance frequently leading to significant impairment. Non-specific Low Back Pain is on the rise due to increased sedentism People with low back pain may have decreased proprioception and motor control of deep trunk muscles, affecting postural stability.
