Abstract Climate change writings is an emerging genre in contemporary era. Anthropocentric approach and human mediations have altered the climate of the earth to a great extent. Apart from wiping away key flora an fauna from the biosphere it has now become a treat for the survival of human species itself. Nature writings have critiqued anthropocentric approaches and called for activism to protect the land and its species.
