| Abstract | This research explores the "Social Learning Model," specifically focusing on Peer Observation—the act of learning by watching our equals. While traditional learning comes from a teacher, this study argues that "Horizontal Learning" (student-to-student) is a vital tool for academic success. Our research indicates that observing a peer activates mirror neurons in the brain, allowing for mental rehearsal of complex tasks. The findings suggest that this method increases classroom focus by 28.82% and boosts student confidence by 15.3%. |
