Abstract The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-commerce has changed how businesses work and has had a big effect on human resources. This study looks at the different ways AI-driven e-commerce impacts HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development. By reviewing current research and conducting empirical analysis, this study identifies both the opportunities and challenges that come with adopting AI in e-commerce. The findings indicate that while AI improves efficiency, personalization, and decision-making based on data, it also brings risks like job loss, outdated skills, and biases in AI-driven HR processes. This study offers valuable insights for HR professionals, policymakers, and organizations aiming to use AI in e-commerce while reducing its negative effects on human resources.
Keywords Artificial Intelligence, E-commerce, Human Resource, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Workforce Development, Job Displacement.
