Author(s) Mr. Manikanta R
Country India
Abstract Women’s participation in management has increased; however, their actual influence in strategic decision-making remains limited. This study examines the relationship between women’s active involvement in strategic decisions and organisational effectiveness. The findings indicate that organisations empowering women in strategic roles demonstrate stronger governance, transparent decision-making, higher employee morale, and greater adaptability to change. The study highlights the importance of inclusive leadership and participative governance in enhancing organisational performance.
