| Abstract | This research article presents the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based healthcare monitoring system utilizing ESP32 sensors. The system aims to provide real-time, continuous health monitoring by integrating wearable and ambient sensors with wireless communication capabilities enabled by the ESP32 microcontroller. Key physiological parameters such as heart rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen levels are collected, processed, and transmitted securely to a cloud platform for remote access by healthcare providers. The system emphasizes low power consumption, cost-effectiveness, and scalability, making it suitable for both clinical and home-care environments. Experimental results demonstrate the system's reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness, highlighting its potential to enhance patient care, enable early diagnosis, and reduce hospital visits. This work contributes to the growing field of smart healthcare by leveraging IoT technologies to bridge the gap between patients and medical professionals. |
